PRESIDENT Apologies for missing President’s Pen
WILLIAM WRIGHT last month, as Mark mentioned I was
in Cuba on holiday. It’s a very
61a Burns House interesting country – not a lot in the
Kennington way of luxuries, but on the face of it,
SE17 3SX people get along really well. There is
    020 7735 9605 good education, however, with 99% literacy, and a
good health service. Transport was not so easy,
CHAIRMAN however – there are increasing numbers of tourists,
ROY SAVERY and there really aren’t many cars and buses. One
01959 777455 sees a lot of 1940s and 1950s autos from the US,
many are lovingly maintained, others a bit more
SECRETARY sketchy! The main autoroute that runs along the
JEREMY WHITE spine of the country was very empty – four lanes in
101 Manor Park each direction, pot-holed and with horses and
                     cyclists on it too.
