Redmon Grand Prix de Gentlemen
On Sunday 20th October De Laune were represented at the Redmon Grand
Prix de Gentlemen with 1½ pairings - David Haggart and Steve Valentine
rode as a pair and Pete Jenn rode with a partner from another club. The
course was changed from the usual course due to a set of temporary traffic
lights and needless to say we didn't trouble the eventual winners - Michael
Hutchinson and Dave Pollard who did the 15 miles in 31:38 !!
