I won't be letting celebrity go to my head. Just treat me normally, no
bowing/curtseying necessary.

I'll organise an autograph signing session at some point - very reasonable
fees!

Never mind about Olympic medals, World Hour Record etc, the real deal went
down between 3.00pm - 3.20pm on Thursday, when Yorkshire Building Society
staged a successful attempt on the Guinness World Record for the largest
cream tea party at multiple venues.

All those years of training, eating scones, clotted cream and strawberry jam
on training rides paid off for more than downhill speed. I was part of the total
of 667 people taking part, smashing the previous record by a huge 131
participants. Which makes me 1/667th of a Guinness World Record Holder!
Fame at last!

And all for Marie Curie…
