SECOND MONDAY CYCLING CLUB
OF EACH MONTH
S & M CRICKET CLUB
DULWICH COMMON
PRESIDENT been a busy month, and it’s great
WILLIAM WRIGHT to see our club getting stuck in and
involved. Firstly a very successful
61a Burns House Open 10, which went off very well on
Kennington the Isle of Grain. Big thanks to Jayne
SE17 3SX Wadsworth and David Haggart for putting it all
020 7735 9605 together, Val and Tony on the watches, lots of
marshals and a slick results service. There were some

ROY SAVERY for the Kent Air Ambulance service. David also found
01959 777455 the time to race, finishing fastest out of the De

SE13 5RQ providing marshals together with VC Deal. Val and
07565 151457 Tony were out again for this, plus Christian, Chalky,
David Haggart, Royboy and me. It was a pity that
TREASURER the event was abandoned about half-way through
VAL PEACHEY following a head-on accident, but it did fortunately
63 Beverley Road mean that the marshals didn’t end up quite as wet
as they might have become otherwise.
Barming accident could have been far worse, I
Maidstone understand the rider concerned didn’t break any
