was hoping to use them as an excuse for my time but I will just have to put
it down to advancing years and declining fitness !!

Fastest time of the day was Nick Dwyer with a very impressive 1.51.58, he
came past me about 3 miles from the finish, going like an express train.
Next up is the OMA 10 on the Saturday followed by the East Sussex CA 100,
hoping to go under 5 hours on that course but when I get to 70 miles I think
my only desire will be to get back to the HQ and collapse …

them in chronological order so that Mark can put them straight into the
DLN. When we have sufficient Malc will no doubt start to create tables
which will reflect the 'running so far' for the various championships.
