, just about the whole townships’ populations arrive for their annual visit to
the beach. From a distance it looks like a black swarm or a cloud has gathered.

I wondered whether this photograph from the Daily Telegraph would be
appropriate for the DLN? After all, we have a large number of old boys! Maybe
it could be accompanied by a quote from H G Wells as follows.
“When I see an adult on a bicycle, I do not despair for the
future of the human race”
