Club AGM will be held on 29 March 2014 at 2pm at Blackheath Harriers

clubroom. It is hoped that an afternoon meeting will encourage some of
our older members to attend. An early afternoon meeting will enable us
all to travel home afterwards in possible daylight, those of the more hardy
variety will be able to ride to get some extra miles in.

Club agreed to purchase 4 new Cycle Event warning signs for open and club
events.

Two new first claim members were advised by Dave Haggart - Carolyn
Hodder and Jos Hickson. Both were accepted with a warm welcome.

It was agreed that CTT levies in club events for first and second claim
members would be met by the club.

Jeremy White had outlined matters which needed to be taken into
consideration should a 125 Anniversary Track Meeting be required at Herne

Hill.

A discussion was held regarding the club website. Juliet Sprake had
asked some students of Goldsmiths College to review our club website
content – the outcome was a re-presentation of information displayed.
It was decided that a small sub committee consisting of Mike Peel, Dave
Haggart, Jon Archdeacon, Christian Rudolf and Juliet Sprake would meet
and to decide as to what changes if any were required.

It was agreed that the new club kit should be included under the discounted
banner. At present we do not have any stock for new members to purchase.
Christian Rudolf agreed to canvas members for their requirements and
create an order of at least the minimum quantity. .

It was noted that 21 members attended the funeral service for Bill Miles
on 5 November, 2013

25 members had shown interest for 2013 Newnham.
