Having seen the photo of Ed Buckley on the Bec Hill Climb, I thought you might
be interested in the attached photos of a hill I attempted to climb whilst on
holiday in Yorkshire which according to the sign at the top has a gradient of
30%! The hill leads up from Robin Hood's Bay, a place I would recommend you
visit with or without a bike.
Did I make it all the way up? I made it about ¾ of the way up before deciding
that I need to save my legs for the climb from the village to the main road
which was a further two miles with gradients reaching 25% in parts.
